About Jack…
Jack Oudin was a sales, marketing, and consulting executive with 20+ years of leadership roles in diverse technical and service industries for both domestic and international companies. Born and raised in New Jersey (Glen Ridge, Newark, Budd Lake, Flanders, Long Valley), Jack relocated to Atlanta in 1985 and has made Charlotte his home since 1992.
Jack’s passion for the last 8 years has been the Real Estate Business. A Charlotte RE/MAX Broker/Realtor, he is a multi-million dollar producer; helping sellers & buyers with new, resale & relocation transactions. As a former corporate executive, he understands your relocation needs and is committed to making your next move, whether buying or selling, your best move. With many contacts in the northeast, Jack has served many families relocate from NY, NJ, DC metro areas to the Carolinas (NC & SC).
A RE/MAX International multi-year award winner, Jack has invested heavily in training and certifications, he is a Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR), as well as, a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). Here is a comment from just one recent customer.
The Oudins purchased their first Charlotte home in Berkeley, so their kids could swim at the Mecklenburg Aquatic Center (MAC). In 1999, they then moved to Beverly Crest so their daughter could walk to Providence HS; both of their children are graduates of PHS. Wife, Ivalynn, is an accomplished National Board Certified Resource Teacher with Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools (CMS) at McKee Road Elementary School. Daughter, Chelsea, is a Graduate of American University (Washington, DC), and is working in marketing for a consulting firm in Alexandria, VA. Son, Zac, has a career position with LOWE’S Home Improvement Stores and has one son. Grandson, Mac, is the joy of Jack’s life! Every Sunday it’s “Mac & Grandpa Jack Day”!
Jack loves fitness training (running; swimming; biking; spinning; P90X). He is also a photography buff and loves travel with the family. Jack also has some language abilities in French and Spanish, he likes using it whenever he can.
